Join us in learning how Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, as presented in Dr. Marsha M. Linehan’s work, can transform emotional experiences, and decrease our suffering using mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. Summaries of the ideas are provided by email. Regular attendance for about 18 months for each series.
