Recovery International Canada Peer Support Group

Recovery Canada provides weekly peer-led self-help meetings. It is a safe, confidential place to talk about life’s challenges and receive support for self-help efforts. The Recovery method is a system of cognitive behavioural techniques used to change thoughts and behaviours. If you or someone you know is struggling with stress, worry, anxiety, panic, mood disorders, sleeplessness, anger, fears, helplessness or hopelessness You Are not Alone. Recovery Canada can offer reassurance, understanding, a safe place to express your feelings, hope, support and help to improve personal growth.

There is no fee. Every Monday at 7:30pm Zoom meetings (except Holidays).
