The Community van will be in Rockwood from 11:00am -1pm Whistle Stop Parking Lot then move to Erin from 2pm - 4pm 2000 Centre Community Centre & Arena Centre. The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
