The Community Health Van will be in Palmerston at The Grove10:30 am-12:30pm then will move to Harriston 1:30pm -3:30pm Food Bank Parking Lot, 68 Elora St. S. The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
