Palmerston - 11:00am - 12:30pm - The Grove

Mount Forest - 1:30pm - 3:30pm - United Church parking lot, 175 Queen St. E.

The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
