The Community Health Van will be in Palmerston from 11:00am - 12:30pm at The Grove then will move to Mount Forest from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at the United Church parking lot, 175 Queen St. E. The Guelph/Wellington Community Health Van is a Mobile Outreach Health and Harm Reduction Service. The van makes stops in Guelph and Rural Wellington providing harm reduction supplies, food & hygiene products, first aid supplies and occasionally clothing/camping gear.
