Our group offers 8-week sessions, with two groups available each week, dedicated to supporting individuals through all stages of menopause, from perimenopause to post-menopause. We provide a compassionate space to discuss the mental health challenges that can accompany these transitions. Through shared experiences, expert insights and practical strategies, we aim to empower others to manage their mental well-being and thrive during this significant life phase. Join us to connect, learn and support each other on this journey. Group is facilitated by a Certified Women’s Menopause Coach.
