In this group, we learn the importance of setting healthy boundaries and being assertive while maintaining our mental and emotional well-being. We understand that these skills can sometimes be challenging, especially within various contexts. Here, you’ll find pees who share your experiences. It’s where we learn to express our needs and wants in a respectful and assertive manner, while supporting each other towards improving boundary-setting and assertiveness.
