Afro Caribbean Black Mental Health Support Group with Farah

Our Afro-Carribbean Black Mental Health Support Group is a space where we come together to acknowledge the unique tapestry of our shared experiences. Our souls, rich with melanin, understand the impact of cultural winds and societal storms on our mental well-being. In this safe and supportive community, we weave our stories into a vibrant quilt of resilience. We shared coping secrets like ancestral whispers carried on the breeze. Our goal is mutual upliftment, and we rise hand in hand. We honour our Afrocentricity and recognize that our roots run deep, connecting us together as we strive towards healing, guided by the rhythm of our hearts.
