This group offers a safe place for people of Afro-Caribbean Black heritage to express their emotions and deal with the issues and complexities of having mental health challenges and being Black in a white-dominated society. Here, you can find acceptance and support from each other and relate to similar mental health struggles. We will explore topics such as anxiety, depression, grief, cultural trauma, food and body image, boundaries, assertiveness, anger, stress and weight management, self-compassion, and self-esteem.
